Demilitarization Facility (TOCDF) OSHA VPP Star Site Safety Manager URS
completed the destruction of the largest stockpile of biological chemical
weapons in the United States. In completing this surpassed 13 million man
hours without a lost time work injury and maintained an OSHA VPP Star status.
Personally responsible for developing and reviewing Job Hazard Analysis’s,
Work Order Safety plans and Job Task safety procedures. Developed all safety
procedures ensuring safety hazards were mitigated in any high hazard work
